| Late Sir Michael Otedola |
Condolences and many well-wishes keep pouring in towards the
Otedolas for the loss of the family's patriarch, Sir Michael Otedola, who also
happened to be a famous former governor of our dear state, Lagos.
We here, at LagosCitySquare also send our unreserved
condolences to the Otedolas and also importantly, Lagosians. We just lost an
elder statesman, a major path-finder in/of the Lagos Project, our democracy,
and the Lagos we have today.
Many of the insightful projects he established before, during
and even after his relatively brief but eventful tenure are still positive
reference points till today.
We join the Otedolas to thank God for our father's well-spent
life and we pray that the family and the Lagos he left behind continually
thrive in wealth, health and sagacious leadership.
For our dear Sir Michael Otedola, we can say, "Veni Vidi
Vici!!!"
